This walkthrough creates one static ad inside a brand. Static ads are the fastest way to confirm the brand website, guidelines, and generation flow are working.
Before you start
- You can sign in and open the correct team
- You know the brand's public website
- The team has credits available
1. Open the team and create or select a brand
- Sign in at app.adgreetz.com.
- Select your team.
- Open Brands.
- Select an existing brand, or choose Add Brand and follow Create a brand.
You should land on the brand launchpad. Confirm the brand name in the header before you generate anything.
2. Confirm the website and guidelines
- Open Settings → General.
- Confirm Website is the brand's public site and includes
https://. - Open Brand Guidelines.
- If colors, logos, or fonts are marked Not set, choose Extract from website, then review and Save Guidelines.
Warning: Changing the website on General does not refresh guidelines by itself. Run Extract from website when you want AdGreetz to learn from the new site.
See Brand guidelines and website data for the full setup.
3. Start a static ad from the launchpad
- Return to the brand dashboard.
- Select Static Ads.
- Follow the on-screen brief — typically an objective, sizes, and any extra direction.
- Start the generation and stay on the page, or go back to the dashboard.
The brand launchpad's Recent activity feed shows in-progress and completed work. You can also open Static Ads in the sidebar.
4. Review the result
When the status is complete:
- Open the ad from Recent activity or Static Ads.
- Check that the logo, colors, and offer look like this brand.
- If the result is off-brand, refine Brand Guidelines and generate again rather than inventing a second brand.
If something blocks you
- No brands yet — create one first. A website is required at create time.
- Generation asks for a website — add it on Settings → General, then extract guidelines.
- The job stays in progress — wait a few minutes, then refresh Recent activity. See Generation basics.
