Brands

Create and maintain the brand workspace that owns your ads, guidelines, media, and publishing connections.

A brand is the workspace for one business. It sits inside your team, but it has its own guidelines, campaigns, media, generated ads, members, and publishing accounts.

If you skip brand setup, generators guess from a thin website scrape — or they block you until a website exists.

What a brand controls

  • Identity: name, type, website, picture, phone, and address
  • Creative direction: Brand Guidelines and a read-only Training Data snapshot
  • Production: campaigns, data sources, media library, and generated ads
  • Delivery: Display Tags, VAST Tags, and connected publishing accounts
  • Access: which team members can work in this brand

The team's Media Library is shared. The brand Media Library is only this brand's uploads and generations.

Brand readiness checklist

Work through these before you generate at volume:

  1. Create the brand with the correct type and a public website.
  2. Confirm name, website, and picture on Settings → General.
  3. Extract and review Brand Guidelines.
  4. Add product or lifestyle images the generators should reuse.
  5. Add the teammates who need access.
  6. Connect publishing accounts only if you will deploy from the editor.
