Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This Acceptable Use & Content Policy applies to everything you upload to Adchef AI and everything you generate with it. It is part of our Terms of Service. Adchef AI creates advertising creative — including images, videos, avatars, and AI personas — and that power comes with clear rules.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create or distribute:

Deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses — synthetic depictions of a real person's face, body, or voice without that person's verifiable consent, regardless of intent.
Impersonation — content that impersonates a real person, brand, or organization without authorization, including fake endorsements, testimonials attributed to people who never gave them, or use of another company's trademarks and trade dress to pass your ads off as theirs.
Misleading or fraudulent advertising — ads that make materially false claims, deceptive "before/after" fabrications, scam offers, phishing content, or ads designed to deceive viewers about who is advertising or what is being sold.
Infringing content — content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights, including uploading brand assets you do not have the rights to use.
Illegal or harmful content — content that is unlawful in the markets where you run it, including child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), incitement to violence, or ads for illegal products or services.

2. Likeness and Consent Requirements

Persona and avatar features can render realistic human likenesses. Before uploading a real person's image, video, or voice — or building a persona based on one — you must have that person's documented consent to synthetic reproduction of their likeness for advertising, covering the ways you intend to use it. For employees, spokespeople, and creators, that means a written release. You must retain evidence of consent and provide it to us on request. Consent can be withdrawn; if it is, you must stop generating with and distributing that likeness.

3. Copyright Complaints (DMCA) and Takedowns

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on or generated through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@adgreetz.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the account that posted it, which may submit a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. The same contact handles takedown requests for unauthorized use of a person's likeness — include the content location, the identity of the person depicted, and the basis of the request.

4. Enforcement

We may review content when it is reported to us or flagged by automated safety systems. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, disabling of specific features, or suspension or termination of your account — immediately and without refund for serious violations such as non-consensual likenesses, CSAM, or fraud. Where the law requires it, we report violations to the appropriate authorities. We may update this policy as the capabilities of the Service and applicable law evolve.
